What is the ukca logo?
Ukca (UK conformity assessment) mark is a new UK market access mark that must be pasted on products to enter the UK market (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most of the original need to use CE mark products.
Ukca logo will not be recognized in EU market. All products that originally require the use of CE mark still need to use CE mark when they are sold to the EU market.

When will the ukca logo take effect?
Although the UK government has confirmed that the ukca mark will come into effect on January 1, 2021, as long as the use of the CE mark is based on the relevant EU regulations consistent with the UK regulations, the CE mark will continue to be recognized until the end of 2021. However, from 2022, the ukca logo will be the only entry mark for products to enter the UK market.
The CE mark will continue to be recognized for products entering the market of 27 EU countries.
