Standard EN13613 for scooters:
The EN 13613 skateboard standard specifies the requirements for a passive skateboard for one child at a time.
The EN 13613 skateboard standard covers skateboards that are graded according to their performance for children of different weights.
If a skateboard is suitable for children with a maximum weight of 20kg, it is not included in this standard, but belongs to the category of en71-1.
Skateboarding CE certification EN 13613 divides skateboarding into two levels:
A: skateboarding is intended for riders who weigh 50 to 100 kilograms or more.
B: skateboarding is intended for riders who weigh 20 to 50 kilograms or more.
The protruding part of the pedal must not be able to produce outburst risk, but it does not include the following two aspects:
- there are prominent spherical screw heads in grade A and B products.

Unless there are special provisions, the pretreatment of the skateboard and testing must be conducted in the following temperature and humidity conditions: temperature (23 + 2) ° C & (50 + 5) % relative humidity, or temperature (20 + 2) ° C & (65 + / - 5) % relative humidity.
CE certification process for skateboarding:
Step 1: apply (fill in the application form, apply for company information form, provide product information and arrange sending samples)
Step 2: quote (determine the test standard, test time and corresponding expenses according to the information provided)
Step 3: payment (after the applicant has confirmed the quotation, sign the filing application form and service agreement and pay the payment)
Step 4: test (the laboratory conducts a full set of tests on the product in accordance with relevant eu testing standards)
Step 5: pass the test and complete the report
Step 6: complete the project and issue the CE certificate
